The Dean of Students' Activities (DoSA) plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and enriching environment for students. The DoSA collaborates closely with student bodies, faculty mentors, and administrative teams to uphold a vibrant and student-centric culture within the institution.
Responsibilities of the DoSA
- Enhance Student Well-Being: Foster an environment that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being among students through dedicated support systems.
- Provide Holistic Development Opportunities: Encourage students to engage in extracurricular, co-curricular, and cultural activities that contribute to their all-round development.
- Facilitate Grievance Redressal: Establish a transparent and efficient mechanism to address student grievances and ensure timely resolutions.
- Promote Inclusivity and Equity: Create an inclusive campus environment where students from diverse backgrounds feel valued and supported.
- Strengthen Career and Skill Development: Organize programs, workshops, and counseling sessions to enhance students’ career prospects and skillsets.
