A Grievance Redressal Cell has been established in SHEAT College of Higher Education to provide a fair, transparent, and timely mechanism for addressing the concerns and grievances of students, faculty, and staff. The cell serves as an effective platform to ensure that issues related to academic, administrative, or personal matters are resolved in a just and unbiased manner.
Comprising senior faculty members and administrative representatives, the committee encourages individuals to voice their concerns freely and without fear of retaliation. The Grievance Redressal Cell also promotes awareness about rights and responsibilities within the institution and ensures a healthy, harmonious campus environment.
By upholding the principles of confidentiality, respect, and accountability, SHEAT College reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and professional growth.
How the Cell Works
- Any student, faculty, or staff can submit a grievance through the prescribed channel (form/email/office).
- Grievances are acknowledged and assigned to the concerned member for preliminary review.
- The committee conducts an impartial inquiry and may call for meetings or evidence as required.
- Resolution is communicated to the complainant within a stipulated timeframe, maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow-up measures are taken to ensure the grievance is fully addressed and corrective actions (if any) are implemented.
