Dear Students,
The connection between knowledge, spirituality, and art is evident in Kashi, the capital of all knowledge. Determined to light the lamp of education in a region deprived of educational opportunities, I founded Saraswati Higher Education and Technical College in 2002.
Education is the best medium for the all-round development of an individual. Since independence, education has brought remarkable change and development in India, but due to the growing population, many people still remain deprived of its benefits.
With the vision of providing educational opportunities to students from rural, backward, and economically weaker communities, I also established institutions in the fields of Pharmacy, Engineering, and Polytechnic Education.
I dedicated my life to paving the way for a new generation that carries the hope of the nation and society. I strongly believe that education empowers youth to build a brighter future for themselves and contribute positively to the country.

With this noble vision, Saraswati Higher Education and Technical Post Graduate College was established in the year 2002 by Babu Jagdish Narayan Singh in the rural region of Varanasi.
This institution reflects deep dedication, commitment, and affection towards the people of Kashi. It carries a vision for the physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual development of the youth of the region.
I am committed to serving this institution with dedication, sincerity, and devotion while continuously working towards the all-round development of the college and the bright future of its students.

Although students receive education before entering college, due to various circumstances, their inner strengths and true potential often remain unexplored. Saraswati Higher Education and Technical College is committed to nurturing and developing these qualities among students.
Our foremost objective is to provide proper guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to every student who joins our institution. In today’s rapidly changing world, the younger generation is gradually moving away from cultural values and human ethics, which form the true foundation of our society and civilization.

Dear Students,
In today’s rapidly changing world, moral and human values are gradually declining not only globally but also in post-independence India. As a result, many challenges and social concerns have emerged in different aspects of life. This growing crisis of values has deeply influenced society and the education system as well.
For sustainable development and a peaceful society, the process of education must be directed towards nurturing noble values, discipline, ethics, and responsibility among students. Education should not only focus on academic achievement but also inspire young minds to become responsible citizens and valuable assets for the nation.
After independence, education in India has expanded significantly, and the number of degree holders and educational institutions has increased rapidly. However, true education is not measured only through certificates and qualifications, but through the quality of thoughts, understanding, character, and conduct.
The real need of the present time is to develop students who are cultured, disciplined, knowledgeable, and capable of contributing positively towards society and national development. At Saraswati Higher Education and Technical College, we are committed to creating an academic environment that promotes intellectual growth, moral values, leadership qualities, and holistic development.
