Counselling Cell

Supporting emotional wellbeing, resilience and holistic student development

A Counselling Cell has been established in SHEAT College of Higher Education to provide emotional, psychological, and academic support to students, helping them cope with personal, social, and educational challenges. The cell aims to promote overall student well-being by creating a supportive environment where students can freely express their concerns and seek guidance.

Experienced faculty members and trained counsellors offer confidential counselling sessions to assist students in managing stress, improving interpersonal relationships, enhancing academic performance, and developing a positive outlook. Regular workshops, motivational talks, and awareness programs are organized to foster mental health awareness and life skills among students.

Through the Counselling Cell, SHEAT College reaffirms its commitment to nurturing not only intellectual growth but also emotional resilience and holistic development among its students.
