NAAC Accreditation

Preparing for quality assurance and excellence in pharmaceutical education
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is an autonomous body under the University Grants Commission (UGC), responsible for assessing and accrediting higher education institutions in India based on defined quality parameters.
SHEAT College of Pharmacy is actively preparing to apply for NAAC accreditation in the near future. This initiative reflects the institution’s commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical education, research, institutional governance, and student-centric practices.
Through the NAAC accreditation process, the college aims to systematically evaluate and strengthen key areas such as teaching-learning in pharmaceutical sciences, research and innovation, laboratory infrastructure, industry and hospital training exposure, and overall institutional effectiveness. This process will enhance the quality culture within the institution and ensure alignment with national standards.
Achieving NAAC accreditation will mark a significant milestone in SHEAT’s journey toward national recognition, reinforcing its commitment to producing competent pharmacy professionals and contributing to the healthcare sector.
