Instrument-based labs, not just glassware
Students train on the equipment used in industry: HPLC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, tablet compression machine, capsule filling machine, coating pan, stability chambers, laminar air flow and autoclave. There is also a machine room with pilot-scale equipment and a computer lab with pharmaceutical software.
A curriculum aligned with PCI and AKTU
The syllabus follows PCI's B.Pharm regulations and the AKTU scheme, including the NEP-based syllabus. You also get industrial training, seminars and a final-year project.
Research from the early semesters
Faculty and students publish together. Recent work covers floating microspheres, transdermal delivery and wound-healing herbal formulations. Final-year projects include topics such as probiotic nanoparticles and bioavailability enhancement.
