It functions in accordance with the guidelines\r\n        of regulatory authorities and strives to resolve grievances promptly and effectively while\r\n        maintaining complete by stakeholders.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Investigate complaints in a fair and unbiased manner.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Recommend corrective and preventive measures.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Monitor the implementation of decisions.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Maintain records of grievances and resolutions.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Promote awareness regarding grievance redressal procedures.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"dosa-section-divider\"><\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2>Grievance Redressal Procedure<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"dosa-highlight\">\r\n\r\n        <h3>Step 1: Submission of Grievance<\/h3>\r\n        <p>Complaints may be submitted through:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li>Online Grievance Portal<\/li>\r\n            <li>Official Email<\/li>\r\n            <li>Written Application<\/li>\r\n            <li>Suggestion \/ Complaint Box<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Step 2: Acknowledgement<\/h3>\r\n        <p>\r\n            The grievance will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Step 3: Review and Investigation<\/h3>\r\n        <p>\r\n            The Cell will examine the complaint and obtain necessary information from the concerned department or authority.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Step 4: Resolution<\/h3>\r\n        <p>\r\n            Suitable action will be taken and the complainant will be informed of the outcome within\r\n            15 working days, wherever feasible.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Step 5: Appeal<\/h3>\r\n        <p>\r\n            If the complainant is not satisfied with the decision, an appeal may be submitted to the\r\n            Principal within 15 days of receiving the decision.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n
