\r\n The Women Cell of the institute is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all female students, faculty, and staff.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n It works towards promoting gender equality, dignity, and well-being, in alignment with the guidelines of University Grants Commission (UGC) and Indian Nursing Council.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

  • Promote awareness about women\u2019s rights, health and career growth<\/li>\r\n\r\n
  • Encourage leadership and participation of women in academic and extra curricular activities<\/li>\r\n\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      \r\n The Women Cell ensures a confidential, unbiased, and supportive mechanism for addressing complaints.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n
