The cell works proactively to address issues related \r\n        to harassment, discrimination, and gender sensitivity, providing guidance, counseling, \r\n        and assistance whenever needed.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Comprising senior faculty members and student representatives, the Women Cell organizes \r\n        awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to educate the campus community about women\u2019s rights, \r\n        legal provisions, and personal safety measures.
