FDPs and Workshops Attended by SHEAT Faculty<\/h2>\n

Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and workshops help teachers keep pace with new technology and better teaching methods. At SHEAT College of Engineering & Management, Varanasi, faculty development is part of the IQAC's quality agenda.<\/p>\n

Why FDPs Matter<\/h3>\n

The IQAC aims to support faculty in adopting the knowledge and technology needed for participatory teaching and learning, and counts the conduct of conferences, workshops and FDPs among its outcomes.<\/p>\n

Recent Participation<\/h3>\n

The institutional timeline for 2025 lists the ATAL FDP<\/strong>. Department pages for CSE (AI & ML) and M.Tech CSE describe active faculty participation in FDPs, seminars and research initiatives.<\/p><\/div>\n

ICT-Enabled Teaching<\/h3>\n

Faculty are trained in ICT-enabled pedagogy so they can use smart classrooms, multimedia and e-learning tools effectively.<\/p>\n
